Welcome to the Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Fredericton's Website!
The Gilbert and Sullivan Society is a community musical theater group which has been performing in Fredericton since 1976. We have produced many shows, from Gilbert and Sullivan shows such as "The Pirates of Penzance", to huge broadway shows such as "Guys and Dolls". We also perform smaller cabaret style shows, some of which are written by our own members. In 2011 we will celebrate our 35th Anniversary!
We perform at least two shows a year, one in May and the other in December. Rehearsals take place on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
To those of you who might be interested in our organization please feel free to send us your questions, comments and ideas. We are always happy to have new members. Everyone is welcome!
